A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New update features that are already active:
Features:
The web appointment booking is now available in three new languages: Arabic, Turkish and Persian. The corresponding e-mails will also be sent in these languages. To use this function, the customer information fields you use must be adapted accordingly. New customer information fields may need to be created if existing ones cannot be edited.
If you offer appointments that are conducted via video call (i.e. offer a service for this on your web appointment page), the location will no longer be displayed in the confirmation email, as this appointment is conducted online. In addition, you can enter an alternative text for the appointment location for online meetings for this case.
Option to customise the form of address or greeting in emails. On the one hand, it is possible for the first name and surname to be displayed after the form of address “Mr/Mrs”. It is also possible to replace the greeting “Dear” with an individual greeting such as „Hello”.
Two new functions have been added for the cleverQ desks. Firstly, it is now possible to forward tickets that have been called up and call them up on another desk at the same time. It is also possible to end tickets directly from the ticket list without having to call them up in advance.
If an appointment is cancelled by employees via the cleverQ desk and the standard cancellation text is replaced by an individual cancellation text, this will now also be displayed in the corresponding employee emails.
If an appointment is booked by employees via the cleverQ desk, the individual e-mail confirmation text is now also displayed in the printed appointment summaries.
