Features:

1. Appointment confirmations for a service by internal employees: If a service is configured so that an employee must confirm appointments, there is now a new setting parameter “Employee must confirm appointment within a time period”. This means that a time period can now be set in which an appointment must be confirmed by an employee. Otherwise, the appointment request expires and the customer will be informed that the appointment has not been confirmed. The following time windows can be defined for the confirmation: 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours.
2. Management of appointment templates through user roles:
   It is now possible to upload different appointment templates at the same time. For example, it is possible to upload a separate template for each service and a general appointment template with all services. To do this, it is necessary to use the newly added administration groups. These can be created under Groups → Management groups. The management group can then be assigned to the desired service under Services -> General. A tenant or site admin can then fill up the weeks in the weekly schedules so that the appointment templates created in the management group can be uploaded. In addition, the appointment admins can now be assigned to a management group: under Users -> General, they can manage and upload their own appointment templates.
