Updates December 2023
Dear customers,
A new update has been installed for your cleverQ system.
New update features that are already active:
- Group ticket call:
It is now possible to call up several tickets at the same time. At the employee workstation, you can select how many tickets you want to call up at the same time. By calling up another group, all open tickets can also be closed automatically so that this does not have to be done separately. Otherwise, the tickets must be actively closed as usual. - New sorting option:
Service groups, request groups and desks can now be sorted in the index according to the desired order. - Digital browser ticket available in the location’s national language:
If a location is configured in a special national language (example Danish), the digital browser ticket is also displayed in the respective national language after the customer has created it. Customers can then change the language in the browser themselves if required.
- Configurable form of address in the digital browser ticket and SMS:
From now on, the form of address for the digital browser ticket, can be selected between “Sie” and “Du”. The same applies to the SMS sent, where the form of address can also be customised. This means that we can configure this in the way you address your customers. This is only relevant for German-speaking countries.
- Hiding appointment fields at the desk if you only work with tickets:
If you work only with tickets and fields are displayed on your desks that are only relevant for appointment bookings, these can now be hidden by us at your request.
- Digital signage available:
cleverQ now offers a fully comprehensive digital signage solution that can be booked by you in addition. This means that we now have the option of playing videos on the call-up monitors, creating customised slide shows and storing them with the desired time and date settings. We also provide a service for designing the content. We work together with an external graphics agency in this respect. - Additions of further country codes:
The country dialing codes for: Belgium, France and the Netherlands are now available. In addition, Dutch and French are now also available for SMS.
Definition Updates:
Updates are regular changes to our cleverQ software that provide you with new functions, improvements and the latest patches for the necessary IT security.
Our updates are free of charge and are implemented automatically, so you can benefit from the advantages immediately.
